- If you receive a defective item or the wrong item: Please notify us, and Pax Christi USA will send you the product you ordered free of charge.

If you ordered the wrong product or size: You are liable for the outgoing shipping and handling charges to ship your item(s) from Pax Christi USA (for both the first product and any subsequent shipments). You are also responsible for shipping the incorrect product/size back to Pax Christi USA as well as any difference in the price. If the correct item is less than what you originally ordered, we will refund the difference.

If you would like to return the product for another reason: You may return items in saleable condition for a full refund of the sales price (not including shipping/handling charges) within sixty days from the date the order is placed (for mail orders, the date received by Pax Christi USA). You must pay for the return shipping to Pax Christi USA. A refund check (for orders placed by check) or credit (for orders paid with credit card) will be issued to you after the item(s) is received by Pax Christi USA. This does not apply to Advent or Lent booklets, as their content is time-sensitive.
